New enrolments are accepted for Jondaryan State School at anytime of the year and we look forward to welcoming new enrolments to our school community.
Enrolments will not be approved without our staff sighting and copying your child’s birth certificate. An alternative form of official identification will be considered where it is not possible to obtain a birth certificate (e.g. a child born in a country without a birth registration system.) This does not include failure to register a birth or reluctance to order a birth certificate.
To determine if your child is eligible to enrol in prep please check the Education Queensland's online calculator.
To enrol your child at Jondaryan State School follow these easy steps:
Step 1 enrolment application
Please complete our Application for student enrolment form-v8 (PDF, 406KB) for each child you wish to attend our school. If you cannot download the document from this website, please contact the school and we will provide you with a copy for each child you wish to enrol at our school.
Complete all permission forms for each child.
If enrolling your child into the prep year, please also complete the Prep enrolment questionnaire.
Please also ensure you are familiar with the following school documents
Step 2 enrolment interview
Attend an enrolment interview with our Principal. Please ring the school office to organise a suitable time.
